The tagging feature provides a structured way to manage and flag data within Valuatic Studio.

You can find more detailed information about this feature in the Tagging section of this manual.

Tagging

Tags

You can create tags With customizable names and colors to visually distinguish them. Tags can be reordered influencing the sorting possibilities of associated records. They can be assigned to forms, examiners, and candidates, with the flexibility to apply multiple tags to a single item.
This functionality enhances the organization of large datasets, clarifies data states and associations, and simplifies data management.

Groups

The group functionality adds an additional layer of organization. Groups play an important role in Valuatic Touch, where a group can be selected or scanned to limit or preselect available data.
A group can have a custom name, contain one or more tags, and be reordered to establish their relative importance or logical order. For a record to match a group, all tags within the group must be assigned to that record. Groups and tags can be imported/exported.

The csv format is [group name (optional) , “comma-separated tag names enclosed in double quotes”]:

Example Group,"Example Tag 1, Example Tag 2, Example Tag 3"

,"Example Tag 2, Example Tag 3, Example Tag 4"

Filter Content

Alongside the tagging feature, Valuatic Studio provides filtering capabilities designed to refine and focus the displayed data across all records simultaneously.
You can filter by individual tags or groups, enabling precise retrieval of relevant content.
Additionally, exam result data can be filtered by tags or groups to retrieve only the relevant results.
