  4. Multi select inline.
  5. Exclusive multi select inline.

Finalization

When a form is completely filled out, you have to finalize the assessment. This will lock the assessment to prevent further changes.

The finalization process differs depending on whether a signature is required or not. If a signature is not required, clicking on the Finalize Assessment’* button displays a popup asking to confirm the action.

If a signature is required, clicking on the Finalize button of the popup displays a signature overlay. The examiner must draw his signature, either with his finger or with any pen supported by the device.

Note: When the signature overlay is displayed, it is still possible to scroll in the form, but it is not possible to modify answers, neither open text fields nor popup menus of single-answer elements.

Unlocking

In case a finalized assessment must be modified, it is possible to unlock it, under the condition that it is allowed by the Exam Settings.

To unlock an assessment, the examiner that has performed the assessment must be selected on the exam screen. Tap on the assessment to unlock it. When the assessment is open, click on Unlock Assessment.

Note: If the button is not visible, this means the unlocking is not allowed.
