Create Forms

  1. Switch to the Content Screen on the left-hand side.
  2. Click on the + New button to create a new Form.
  3. Double-click the New Form Item, or click on the Edit button.

Edit Forms

The Form Editor is split into two parts. On the left, a hierarchical structure of the form elements is shown and on the right, the selected item can be edited.

  1. Fill out the Name Field on the right (e.g. Testform).

Form Name

  1. Now click on the + sign on the left and add a Section and fill out the Title (e.g. Section 1).

Form Section

  1. Click the + directly under the Section you just created and add a Question item.

Form Question

  1. Create a Question by typing it into the Question field and fill out the Title (e.g. Question Text).

  2. Click on the + under the Question and select one of the answer options.

Form Answers

Text Answer A text answer will provide a Textbox in Valuatic Touch where the examinator has to type an explanation or answer the question.

Multi Select Answer A multi-select answer is used to provide the examinator with the ability to choose multiple answer options (e.g. must-tells) with variable points to grade a participant. You can add or remove options by clicking the appropriate + or - buttons on top of the table on the right. You can edit the options directly in the table shown.

Single Select Answer A single select answer is used to provide the examinator with the ability to choose one option with variable points to grade a participant.

Form Answers

You can add or remove options by clicking the appropriate + or - buttons on top of the table on the right. You can edit the options directly in the table shown.

Other Options

Section Is used to provide a structure to the form. Questions can only be added below a section.

Text Can be inserted on any level in the structure to provide additional information, guidance, or instructions.

Line A line element is used to visually separate elements and can be placed multiple times anywhere in a form.

Page Break Is only useful if the forms need to be printed.

Please play around with the provided instructions and build a simple form containing at least one of each answer types.

Note: Only one of the Multi Select Answer or Single Select Answer can be added per question.
