The scheduling feature lets you plan OSCE exams in Valuatic Studio: forms, examiners and candidates are assigned to rotations and stations, and the examiners follow this schedule in Valuatic Touch.
An OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) is a practical exam in which candidates rotate through a series of stations. At every station, they solve one clinical task while an examiner assesses them with a form.

Workflow
- How it Works — understand how Valuatic builds a schedule, and plan the tags of your exam.
- Configuration — activate scheduling and create the tags.
- Content Tagging — tag your forms, examiners and candidates, with an order where it matters.
- Rotations — create a rotation for each group of candidates, or duplicate an existing one.
- Stations — generate the stations or create them manually, and adjust breaks, ghost candidates and assignments.
- On the exam day, the examiners select their station in Valuatic Touch, as described in Scheduled Exam.
